Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026. This policy describes the website and its optional Google Analytics 4 integration.

Who to contact

Falcon Vision Marketing is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For questions or privacy requests, contact danny@falconvision.co.uk.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, business name, email, service area and service interest. Telephone, website and a message are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms on our behalf.

The form sends your enquiry to Falcon Vision through Netlify Forms. We use enquiry details to assess your needs, respond and discuss requested services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries, as applicable. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Essential website operation

Our hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical information including IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Fonts and photographs are served as website assets, without requests to Google Fonts.

Optional Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand website usage and improve the site. It can process pages viewed, referral information, device and browser information, approximate location and interaction events. We do not send form field contents or deliberately identify visitors in Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the website configuration. Query strings are excluded from the page address we provide in the initial configuration.

The Google tag loads only after you explicitly accept analytics. It does not load or send analytics requests before acceptance. The legal basis for this optional processing is consent. Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_P8J9F2WY1C are configured to expire after up to six months without automatically extending the expiry at every page load. Rejecting will leave it off. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting after accepting disables further collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the Google tag. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We do not install Google Tag Manager, advertising trackers, heatmaps or additional analytics products.

Your preference

We store your analytics choice and the time of that choice in your browser’s local storage under fv-analytics-choice-v1. It is used only to remember your privacy preference, expires after six months and is renewed when you make another choice. You can also clear it in your browser settings. Essential operation does not depend on accepting analytics.

Who receives information

We do not sell your personal information. Enquiry details are shared only with service providers needed to handle enquiries and operate the deployed website, or where the law requires. Google and other providers may process information outside the UK. Such transfers are subject to applicable data-protection arrangements and contractual safeguards. You can read Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, provide any agreed services and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics data retention follows the settings in the Google Analytics property. Cookie expiry and Google’s server-side data retention are separate.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of your information, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact the email above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
